The Cahill Park Community will consist of 160 townhomes surrounding a proposed public park. Cahill Park’s townhome organization, with landscaped walkways and esplanades that allow people to walk, mingle and interact with their neighbors, will create a sense of community that does not exist with other forms of housing.
